This allows you quickly request help with a specific problem AND attach your show files to allow ChereveSoft
to quickly reproduce your problem! Another great use for the Support Request is to simply have ChereveSoft
maintain an off-site backup of your show to protect against computer crashes (or shudder a dropped laptop).
With this backup, you simply find another computer, install AECfa and restore your show files!
