AECfa
uses "views" to provide you with different ways of seeing your show. Each
view presents information about specific aspects of your show. Pop-up
windows are only used where useful to "separate" activities. Menus are kept
as flat as possible to make it easier to remember where things are located.
By achieving a balance between simple-to-use and efficient-to-use with
both mouse and keyboard methods for many tasks, you choose your preferred
input device and minimize the number of transitions from mouse to keyboard
and back.
The
Entry View is the "heart" of
AECfa.
Here you process all information regarding your exhibitors, entries and
finances. This view minimizes the need to hop between different windows,
speeding your work.
The
Entry Form is a version
of the Official CFA Entry Blank, optimized for data input and validation.
Real-time visual indication of inconstancies and errors help you avoid
catalog errors.
The
Catalog View provides access to
the show and master clerk catalogs, in both tree and document preview modes.
A customized show catalog for visual impact and a space optimized
Master Clerk catalog are available.
The
Counts View provides you with
instant access to up-to-the-minute entry counts.
AECfa prints an entry
counts page in the same fonts and format as the body of your show catalog.
The
Exhibitor View provides you with
instant access to exhibitor lists, benching information, and labels for self
check-in. AECfa prints a catalog exhibitor list in the same fonts and format
as the body of your show catalog.
The
Financial View
provides you with instant access to all financial information about your
show. A special "check-in" list satisfies even the most strict Show
Treasurer and, of course,
AECfa prints deposit slips!
