The MESSAGES tab allows you to create or modify messages used in confirmations and eMail.

These messages are used to prepare printed and eMail confirmations. The "Enter" key can be used to insert fixed line breaks. You can create longer  messages than the recommendations below, but check out sample confirmations to see if you have made them too long to fit properly.

Individual tabs allow you to select the:

Welcome Message [ approximately 5 lines ]
Default Text: "Thank you for entering our [DATE] show. Please review the following entry information immediately and contact me with any changes/corrections as soon as possible so they can be included in the printed catalog. We look forward to seeing you at our show. Go to [SITE] for show hours, directions and other helpful information."
[CLERK] - [PHONE] - [EDDRESS]

General Message [ approximately 5 lines ]
Default Text: blank

Use this message to provide driving directions on email confirmations when
 they are not available on-line in the flyer or on the web site.

Driving Directions [ approximately 20 lines ]
Default text: blank

The driving directions are printed on the lower third of the page used to address paper confirmations. For most fonts, you should limit these directions to no more than 20 lines.

Show Data Message [ approximately 5 lines ]
Default text:
"Attached is the Show Records Data File in CompuShow format. Please acknowledge receipt and readability of this file. Thanks"

To simplify customizing these message for a specific show, text replacement fields, identified by the brackets [ ], can be included in these messages.

Be sure to use a space before and after the brackets.
