The Labels Tab is used to print self-stick labels for self-check-in.

These labels can be placed on the Show Catalogs prior to check-in.

Catalogs for fully paid exhibitors can be placed alphabetically on a check-in
table and these exhibitors can "check-in" by simply taking their catalogs.

Catalogs for exhibitors with a balance or refund due can be held separately
and given to the exhibitor to record "check-in" when payment is made.

For the Six Plus Six format, use the Sat/Sun buttons to select the desired show. Two separate labels are required for 6 X 6 format shows.

AECfa is currently only setup to use Avery #5160 labels. These are sheets with 3 columns of 10 labels.
Each label is 2 5/8" x 1".  Many other manufactures make compatible labels, just look for the Avery Match #5160.

Click  to preview and print the document. Use  to print the document on the Default Printer .

 

You have an opportunity to select an alternate printer and specify the specific pages to be printed either way.

Use  to print the document without previewing it.
