You MUST
set-up your show
before you can license it. If you have not done so, use the File->New menu
item or the New icon to start show setup. Complete all pages of the show
setup. Always complete your show setup before requesting your license or processing entries for your show. Click OK when you have completed at
least the General page and save your show setup using File->Save or the
Save icon. Once your
show is setup and you are ready to request a license, just open your
show in
AECfa and use
the Help->Request License menu item.
AECfa opens
your browser and presents you with a completed Order form. You then have
the choice to pay by check or to pay through PayPal (using your account
or a credit card).

Manually
If you prefer
AECfa to not
start your browser, use the following procedure to order. Write down the
IPC and SPC fields carefully. Make sure your start date is the desired
one and that the limit is correct. the click
here and complete the manual order form.
If you don't have internet access and wish to order a license please call

The
IPC field is a unique
identifier associated with your copy of the
AECfa
software. |

The SPC field is a unique identifier
automatically assigned to a specific show. This field, in conjunction
with the starting date of your show and the entry limit is used to
generate a show license key. |
|
The Start Date field should be set
to the starting day of your show. |
|
The Limit
field should be the maximum
number of entries for which you want to license
the show, not the maximum
possible with your show format.
AECfa charges you for
ONLY the entries that are handled by your judges. So
Limit should not
included Exhibition
Only, Junior Showmanship, and Feline Agility Competition entries!

AECfa show
licenses are specific to an IPC, SPC, the starting date of your show, and the
number of entries.
BE SURE
THAT THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT WHEN YOU REQUEST YOUR SHOW LICENSE
AS IT WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR A SHOW WITH THOSE VALUES!
If you should
need to change these parameters after you have licensed your show,
please
contact ChereveSoft to re-license your
show.
A service fee of $10.00 will be charged for "re-licensing" a show
in addition to the regular price for the additional entries. |
